Inventory in Leonardtown has tightened in this rolling three-month view, with active listings down more than 12 percent from a year ago and new listings falling nearly 25 percent. Contract activity has cooled even more sharply, as homes sold, new pending sales, and overall deal volume are all down double digits year over year, and pending sales alone have dropped about 40 percent.
