April’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,122,500—up 22.34% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $820,000 in Boston for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $805,500 in May.

Thompson Square-Bunker Hill had 67 new listings and 51 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 34—up 61.9% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
