I worked with Karina on buying my first condo. She is great, very knowledgeable, resourceful, and on top of everything. Karina is an amazing realtor. She took care of everything from A to Z. Everything from the obvious (listing, photos, showings, communications, negations, and expert advice) to going beyond the line of duty and lining up contractors for repairs, taking care of erroneous items and materials (read: trash) left over by myself and tenants, recommending a super efficient and responsible closing attorney and much more.
