Year over year, Bristol County home values in July 2026 were up modestly, with the typical home value about 7% higher than a year ago. At the same time, median list prices dipped slightly compared with last year, suggesting sellers are pricing carefully even as values rise.
Inventory conditions have shifted noticeably from last summer, with active listings up more than 14% and new listings higher by about 8%. Months of supply climbed to 2.3, roughly a 38% increase from a year ago, yet the market is still classified as a seller’s market and remains a bit tighter than the Massachusetts average of 2.5 months.
