“Sarah Rodewald was excellent, especially with being a first time home buyer. She was friendly and responsive when I had questions or concerns. “SHAWMNAI ABSOLUTELY BLEW US AWAY!I She was beyond attentive; listened to our needs; was always patient, kind, and communicative. She always picked up the phone..her guidance was unwavering. She exceeded our expectations in every way! Shawnai should truly be awarded Realtor of the Year! In the past couple of years as we have navigated this area and also Florida..no other realtor has come close to Shawnai in any way! She is truly remarkable!”
“Christine Farley's extensive knowledge, professionalism and ethics were only a few of the reasons we preferred working with her. This was a complicated and frustrating at times sale for us due to circumstances out of her control. Christine managed it like an absolute pro giving us peace and confidence throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend her to friends and family and would definitely work with her again should the need arise.”
“Adam sold us our first home 23 years ago so we immediately thought of him for the sale of my mother's home. He was communicative, very knowledgeable and as an aside, very kind working with my mother who had recently been diagnosed with Alzheimers.”
“Expert knowledge and a lot of experience. Went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend and work wit again!”
“She is amazing... beyond words, honestly :-)”
“From the first phone call Jill communicated competence. She clearly knows the home buying process inside and out and helped my wife and I understand every step of the process. She's helped us all through the process, sending us recommendations and coming to showings with us. She pointed out things about the houses we were looking at that I would not have noticed and helped us get better at looking critically at properties.”
“Having dealt with several other brokers in the past, I can confidently say that Anna McGarry is among the best. She's knowledgable, professional, personable and presents very well. She navigated us through a purchase of a new home and a sale of another promptly and efficiently with a period of about two months.”
“tom answered every text, email and phone call promptly,he was extremely helpful and patient with us”
“Working with Farrah was a great experience. She really took care of our needs from start to finish!”
“My agent was Susan Whitehead. I have sold a number of houses in my 77-year life. I found that Susan is the best agent I have ever had. My wife and I sincerely appreciate her tireless help. We are so impressed with her professionalism and hard working. Our house was sold much quicker than we expected. Susan guided us through every step in the tedious selling process. In the process, Sharon was also helping us a lot. Elizabeth was a great manager for this sales project and was the key helper for this sale. Thank you, Susan, Sharon, and Elizabeth! Thank you SRG!”
“Brad was always very professional and always took the time to explain things to us. He knew how critical it was for me to sell my house in North Providence in order for us to buy our new home in Westport Massachusetts. He made it a smooth and easy process when most of the time it can be a stressful situation to deal with but because we had Brad we always felt like we were in good hands and we knew we were.”
“Tracey is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process. She coordinated all the sales documents and helped out by letting the various groups into the home. We were especially pleased with her efforts and communication to us.”
“The first day I met Carol to show her the house, she spent a good deal of time checking it out and gave me many tips for improvement, which is exactly what I needed. The listing to closing period was about thirty days, which was also important to me since we were approaching winter, and I did not want to worry about freezing pipes in an empty house. Carol took care of all the important deadline dates. She was personable, competent, and professional in everything she did to sell my house. I did not have any worries due to my confidence in Carol. If I had another house to list, I would call her back tomorrow!”
“I interviewed several Realtors, and none of them asked the thoughtful questions that Katherine did to better understand my needs. She also demonstrated a deep knowledge of the Boston program I was using for financing, and her years of experience working in and around Boston was key. But more than anything else, we got along really well in our initial meeting and she had my full trust almost as soon as the process began.”
“He was honest enough to direct us away from one of the homes that we looked at because of the horrible basement there. He also showed us at least 5+ homes before we settled on the one we're living in now.”
“Can't recommend Smita enough - she is extremely knowledgeable, is well aware of the ins and outs of the local market, and will always guide you towards the best decision based on your requirements. Smita played a huge role in helping me and my wife find our dream home. Being first-time homeowners, we didn't know where to start, but Smita did great due diligence researching individual properties and analyzing local market trends. Before we went to see a property, we had all the links and documents we needed to learn about the property which was immensely helpful in making an informed decision. Smita was always available for us which made the whole process very smooth for us. My wife and I highly recommend Smita and would to work with her again.”
“I'm very happy with Meaghan,, she was great from day one.. she's an asset to your company and would not hesitate to refer her to friends or family... she's very accessible and has a pleasant personality Again I could not be any more happy than with Meaghan... I feel lucky she reached out to me... if I ever need Century 21 services again I would reach out to Meaghan”
