“As first-time home buyers navigating a competitive market, we truly could not have purchased the home we wanted without Jill Fitzpatrick. Jill was incredibly helpful and responsive from day one, really listening to our needs and wants and then tailoring experienced advice and next steps accordingly. We were able to put in a winning offer which included a quick closing timeline only with the help of Jill guiding us through each step of the process. We can't recommend Jill enough!”

“Farrah worked with us for several months. She helped us to understand what to look out for when we viewed properties and was tenacious getting information to help us make good decisions. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She organised viewings to make good use of our time and collaborated very effectively with our closing attorney. Farrah worked hard to make the house buying process as straightforward as possible and we highly recommend her.”

“I first met Shawnai when she helped my mother find a house several years ago, and knew when it came time to purchase my first house she was the only realtor I trusted and wanted to work with. She was so patient with me, never having been through the process before, and she made me feel so much more comfortable knowing she really cared about me finding the right home. I had my very first offer accepted thanks to her expertise. She recommended a great inspector and got me to closing quickly, even she even checked in with me after I moved in to make sure everything was ok. She's an absolute gem and I will never use another realtor as long as Shawnai is in the business. I will also highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!”

“My agent was Susan Whitehead. I have sold a number of houses in my 77-year life. I found that Susan is the best agent I have ever had. My wife and I sincerely appreciate her tireless help. We are so impressed with her professionalism and hard working. Our house was sold much quicker than we expected. Susan guided us through every step in the tedious selling process. In the process, Sharon was also helping us a lot. Elizabeth was a great manager for this sales project and was the key helper for this sale. Thank you, Susan, Sharon, and Elizabeth! Thank you SRG!”

“Brad was always very professional and always took the time to explain things to us. He knew how critical it was for me to sell my house in North Providence in order for us to buy our new home in Westport Massachusetts. He made it a smooth and easy process when most of the time it can be a stressful situation to deal with but because we had Brad we always felt like we were in good hands and we knew we were.”

“The first day I met Carol to show her the house, she spent a good deal of time checking it out and gave me many tips for improvement, which is exactly what I needed. The listing to closing period was about thirty days, which was also important to me since we were approaching winter, and I did not want to worry about freezing pipes in an empty house. Carol took care of all the important deadline dates. She was personable, competent, and professional in everything she did to sell my house. I did not have any worries due to my confidence in Carol. If I had another house to list, I would call her back tomorrow!”

“I interviewed several Realtors, and none of them asked the thoughtful questions that Katherine did to better understand my needs. She also demonstrated a deep knowledge of the Boston program I was using for financing, and her years of experience working in and around Boston was key. But more than anything else, we got along really well in our initial meeting and she had my full trust almost as soon as the process began.”

“He was honest enough to direct us away from one of the homes that we looked at because of the horrible basement there. He also showed us at least 5+ homes before we settled on the one we're living in now.”

“Elena is one of a kind just like how she found my perfect home for me in West Boylston, Massachusetts. I am from San Diego, California and never would have imagined to own a home in central Massachusetts but she opened my eyes to a beautiful town of West Boylston and provided great statistical feedback to help me make my decision. I am happy with my decision and a lot of it comes from a skilled and professional agent such as Elena. Highly recommend her.”

“I found Lyn through an online realtor search. She called me right away and I was impressed with her grasp of our complex situation: we were buying a house for us and my mother in law and selling our home as well as my mother inlaw’s home in NJ. Lyn gave us great advice at every turn of this long and sometimes arduous journey!! So glad we hooked up with her from the start! She worked so hard for us!! When our first buyers lost their financing she said she wanted to have an open house every weekend until we got another buyer and she did it! We didn’t deal directly with other century 21 staff but I know Lyn consulted with others from her group at times. It was reassuring to know there was a whole team on our side working for our common goal. Lyn was so professional and reliable; it was truly a pleasure working with her.”
