Looking ahead to March 2026, projections point to a typical home value around $500,375 and a median list price near $513,000, with inventory expected to ease to about 544 homes. Even with a market gauge of 19 and a Seller’s Market label, the average sale-to-list ratio of about 0.994 suggests pricing is staying close to asking.
