I can't recommend Theo enough. Despite being extremely busy, I never felt like Theo had any clients besides us, and we worked him hard. This was our 1st time buying a home so we had a ton of questions on a daily basis, and were eager to see as many homes as possible, as quickly as possible. We saw 10+ houses per week with Theo for about 2 months straight and changed our preferences, desired neighborhoods, etc., nearly constantly. Somehow, Theo not only managed to keep up with all our crazy without making us feel like we were "too much" (we were 100% too much), he also helped us to keep our expectations realistic and to pinpoint what was actually important to at each turn. Theo helped us navigate those challenges and used his extensive knowledge to skillfully craft an offer that helped us land a house on our 3rd try. Further, when inspection turned up some items that concerned us, Theo negotiated with the seller to get us a significant credit at closing to cover the cost of the repairs.
