Amanda at Lucido Real Estate was outstanding to work with and I highly recommend her if you are selling your home. My siblings and I were responsible for getting our mother's home ready and on the market after the passing of my father. We had tried a not-so-great realtor that was referred by a friend of a friend and it was awful (no communication, terrible photos and description, etc.). As soon as we were able, we found Lucido realty via a review on Zillow. Amanda was amazing from the start. She walked us through comps, set realistic expectations (the house needed a fair amount of work) and guided us in a helpful and honest way. The house sold quickly for above asking price and I attribute that to the expertise and hard work of Amanda!
