Inventory in Hennepin County expanded in April, with active listings up sharply from March and modestly higher than a year ago. New listings also increased at a similar pace month over month, supporting more options for buyers. Pending sales and closed sales both climbed from the prior month, even though closed sales were down compared with last year.
