Joe is a Minnesota native, growing up in Saint Cloud, graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and then spending seven years in various roles at the Target Corporation. It was during his tenure at Target, while graduating with his MBA from the Carlson School of Management, that Joe decided to make his life even more eventful by buying a house. During this time, he realized the significance of a Realtor’s role—offering him a wide variety of options as an expert guide to the marketplace and leveraging an extensive network to better connect him with his ideal home. Ultimately, Joe not only bought a house but also fell in love with the real estate industry. As of 2013, Joe has sold almost 700 homes throughout the Twin Cities and strives to ensure a seamless process for his clients and colleagues. Joe lives in the Savage/Prior Lake area and has been a resident in several cities, providing him with plenty of perspective and opinions!
