We had such a great experience working with Carter! He was so kind, patient, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. He always worked around our busy schedules and went above and beyond to make scheduling showings easy for us. He truly made the home-buying process feel a lot less stressful!

We enjoyed working with Carter so much that I now refer my senior living clients to him when they’re looking to sell their homes and transition into senior living. I wouldn’t recommend someone I didn’t fully trust, and Carter is definitely someone I’m happy to recommend!

Nate Johnston is the best! He helped us purchase our home a couple years back and now has helped us sell! He is so knowledgeable about the market and what is going to work and what needs to be done! Jay was fantastic from the first process all the way to closing. He is experienced beyond just Minnesota in reality and housing markets. For a first time home buyer, we were nervous but Jay’s optimism, insight, and expertise made the process not worrisome at all. He was there at every phone call, question, showing and anything we needed.
We cannot recommend Jay enough as we found our dream first home. We hope other first time home buyers find him and get the pleasure of working with him.
