A life-long Minnesotan, Tim has always been passionate about real estate. He started in the construction trades as a teenager and spent more than a decade helping build and remodel homes in the Twin Cities metro area. He later became a licensed attorney, negotiating and drafting contracts on behalf of a Fortune 500 company, while still performing home improvement projects for family and friends. He eventually decided to become a real estate agent because it was the best way to combine his talents and experience to help others.

Since becoming a real estate agent, Tim has used his knowledge of real estate construction and negotiating skills to represent buyers and sellers throughout the metro area. He takes pride in guiding his clients through each step of the process and zealously advocating on their behalf.
