September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $270,000—up 3.05% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $352,500 in Minneapolis for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $351,250 in October.

Willard-Hay had 44 new listings and 38 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 26—down 13.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.

The median listing price for homes in Willard-Hay fell 1.47% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $285,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
