I can't give Clint a big enough recommendation. My husband and I have worked with Clint to sell two homes in our short time as home owners and if we decide to sell (or buy) again, he will be our first call. When we sold our last home, we knew we would be selling about 2 years in advance, we called Clint to see if he could help us prioritize what projects we should tackle to get the biggest return on our investment. Not only did he come over but he was very thoughtful in his advice. When it was time to put our house on the market, he invested (with his own money) to have someone come into our home and help us stage it appropriately (which made a huge difference). Throughout the process, Clint is upfront, honest, and doesn't sugarcoat anything. He not only wants you to have a good experience selling your home (which is so much more personal than I can describe) but he wants you to be happy with the outcome. If you are ever in the need for a realtor, I highly recommend Clint.

Clint was awesome, from beginning to the end of this process. We were both selling our home and buying a new one, which made everything more complicated. 10 days before closing, we lost our buyer, causing our new house purchase to be in limbo as well. Clint was encouraging and calm in the middle of a big mess, which saved us a lot of money in the end. There is no way to completely take the stress out of buying/selling your home, but having someone who knows their stuff will help a lot.

Oh my goodness! Clint was amazing: timely, patient, humorous, and extremely knowledgeable. The search was long and full of disappointments, but he helped us to maintain our confidence in the process when we were ready to despair. Now we're in our new home, and we couldn't be happier. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Clint to anyone getting into the Twin Cities' market.

We worked with Clint for almost 2 years. He was extremely patient and always professional in this journey. Our desired location was limited and he never pressured us at all into moving beyond this. When we found what we liked in our favorite area, he did everything he could to help us make the offer immediately and we were delighted that it was accepted. It would not have happened without the extra effort needed for us to succeed. He then guided us in the sale of our house which sold in 1 day. He has a sense of humor, is extremely knowledgeable, and response time to our many questions was always prompt. We really appreciated that he never pressured us when looking; yet he knew when to guide us, make suggestions and answer questions. It was a “fun” journey.
