For comparison, state-level data pegged home values at $368,600 in Minnesota for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $377,650 in May.

Traverse County had 3 new listings and 2 listings that went under contract in April, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 6—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Traverse County fell 23.12% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $155,000. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
