Helping first-time home buyers and investors is what I enjoy the most. As a property owner of several rental properties, I take pleasure in helping aspiring investors achieve the same. My husband is a carpenter, which adds value to all those I assist, whether through repairs, remodels, or estimating costs for negotiations.
