Without Susan I don't think we would have bought a house. Somehow, pretty much everything that could go wrong with the Lender, the Notary, and the seller, went wrong. Without Susan I would have lost my sanity. She was extremely kind in finding us the property we were looking for and helping us out in the entire process which was quite unconventional, but she stayed by our side all the way.
