Year over year, Tippah County has seen major price shifts, with the typical home value up sharply while the number of homes sold is down nearly 70 percent. Inventory has expanded, as active listings are up slightly from last year and months of supply has surged more than tenfold. No homes sold above list price in the latest month, highlighting the negotiating room available in this area.
