Seminole-Holland’s rolling three-month numbers through April 2026 show prices edging higher and activity picking up. The typical home value and median sale price both rose a few percent from the prior period, while homes sold jumped sharply, and median days on market dropped from 20 to 11.

Inventory and new seller activity also shifted in this window. Active listings dipped slightly month over month, but new listings and pending sales both increased. Homes are spending far less time on the market than a month ago.
