Hi! I'm Kinsey Rhudy, Broker/Owner of Coming Home Real Estate, proudly serving Springfield, Willard, and the surrounding Southwest Missouri communities.

Real estate is more than just buying and selling houses to me. It's about helping people find the place where life happens. Whether you're buying your very first home, relocating to the area, looking for a little more room to grow, or ready for something new, I want the experience to feel exciting, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible.

As a local broker and Realtor, I bring experience, market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine love for the communities I serve. I know that every buyer's situation is different, and I believe in listening first, being honest, communicating openly, and making sure you feel confident every step of the way.

I'm also a wife, mom, and Southwest Missouri local. When I'm not showing houses or working with clients, you'll probably find me cheering on my kids at a sporting event, sneaking in a round of golf with my husband, Ryan, or enjoying everything our little corner of Missouri has to offer.
