Of those 10 active listings, 80.0% reduced their price in the month of April. The median listing price for homes in St. Ann fell 9.95% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $166,500. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year.
