As we were out of state sellers, the sale/repairs to the home were more complicated. Kathy ensured that everything went smooth throughout the process. She even went to the home to check on repairs and send us pictures, so we had a clear understanding of the scope of the problem. I highly recommend Kathy!

Kathy Bradley worked with us tirelessly for nearly 3 months of house hunting to find the perfect house for us.
