Cold Springs had 16 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 32—up 14.29% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 32 active listings, 21.88% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Cold Springs grew 25.46% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $499,980. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
