Andrew helped us immensely with our garage search and subsequent home search. After our first showing he assisted us with setting up a saved search to find homes that met our needs. Throughout the process he made him self available, often on short notice ready with a tape measure, pen/paper, whatever we needed. He was able to offer expert and candid advice throughout the process finding issues with homes that we looked at, point out things we didn't see, and offering expert negotiation skills. Once our offer was accepted, Andrew didn't let up. He kept working tirelessly to ensure timelines were met by all parties allowing us to close on time. He also provided guidance on our short term rent back situation and made sure we fully understood what was happening at every turn, keeping us appraised of the situation. I would highly recommend Andrew and his colleagues and have already referred him to family for their home search.
