Fewer homes are coming on the market in Panther Valley, and contract activity has shifted. In this rolling three-month view through August 2026, new listings are down more than a quarter from a year ago, while homes sold have more than doubled. Pending sales are also higher than last year, even though they have slowed from early summer.
Prices have moved up sharply compared with a year ago, but softened slightly in recent months.
