The inspection report contained some minor issues that the buyers wanted addressed and Jeanne was able to call a handyman and get a us a fair price for the issues to be resolved. When the buyer wanted a new electrical panel installed, she was able to convey our firm conviction that the existing panel was in good working order had never had shown any problems. Buyers called a professional to look at it and were told the same thing. A good experience and I would recommend her to anyone.
