For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $375,500 in Burlington County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $373,250 in December.
Medford Lakes had 4 new listings and 6 listings that went under contract in November, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in December.
Of those 9 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of November. The median listing price for homes in Medford Lakes grew 41.57% from October to November, bringing the current median listing price to $672,450. Based on projected data for December, listing prices may continue to grow.
