Alicia was our saving grace selling our house! We were under contract, not even 48 hours after putting the house up for sale. As soon as she walked in she knew exactly what to price it at. Our home needed some cosmetic updates and we were selling as is, so my husband and I were a little nervous, but she assured us we would be OK. Boy, was she right!
