One year before I bought my house I called Alan about my desire of buying a house in the near future. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with the process and did not know what I needed in terms of credit, income, etc. Alan explained to me everything I needed to know, even thought I was not going to buy a house at that very moment. He recommended a mortgage company and also explained about how to search for the right house. Well, one year passed I contacted Alan again, this time ready to buy. He was awesome! Very diligent and patient. I could not have asked for more. I felt like he was putting himself on my shoes. He brought his flashlight with him when showing me houses, and pointed out at important details I should be looking for. He also made the mortgage process a lot easier, and the closing was so fast, less than an hour, I could not believe it. The whole team (Oak Mortgage and Infinity Title Agency) Alan recommended was great. If I have to buy or sell a house I would use his services again. Thank you very much Alan!!

Alan was always punctual, organized, and understanding of our banking needs and issues throughout the process. He was able to negotiate everything with the seller for us and gave great advice in terms of contracts, pricing and closing.
