Inventory in Gates County has expanded notably, with active listings up more than 70 percent year over year to 41 homes. New listings have also risen by more than a third compared with last year, giving buyers more options. At the same time, pending sales have surged by about 127 percent annually, showing that demand is keeping pace with this added supply.

Local supply sits at about 4.5 months, similar to the statewide level of 4.3 months in North Carolina.
