Inventory in Gates County has expanded notably, with active listings up more than 70 percent year over year to 41 homes. New listings have also risen by more than a third compared with last year, giving buyers more options. Local supply sits at about 4.5 months, similar to the statewide level of 4.3 months in North Carolina.
