Aurora’s rolling three-month data through June 2026 points to prices edging higher compared with a year ago while activity has cooled somewhat. Typical home values are up about 2% year over year, yet the share of homes selling above list has dropped sharply from nearly half last June to about one in eight now, indicating less intense bidding.
