I had the best experience ever purchasing my house in Madison with Mellisa Harford. She guided me through all the steps. Told me the process and what to expect ahead of time. Melissa was absolutely amazing throughout our entire journey of buying our home. She had our best interest at heart. Gave us every little detail about each home we looked at. We absolutely love Melissa! She found us a perfect home for our family. Yes this is her job but it was way deeper than that. She sat and listened to our wants and needs. Took her time with us. Most want to just make a sale but not Melissa she truly enjoys finding her clients their dream home. She also took the time to find out information about the area for school purposes because it was a question of mine. Having all of your questions answered is a blessing when most realtors just want to make a sale and move on. She also got to know all of my kids and made them a house warming basket for each of them.
