West End currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge at 36, yet the rolling three-month data shows conditions are more balanced than that label might suggest. Inventory has expanded sharply, with active listings up about 69% year over year and months of supply soaring to 14.1, far above Cincinnati’s 4.3 months.

Prices have been relatively steady, as the typical home value is up only slightly year over year while the median list price has jumped by about 31%.
