I'm very happy we worked with Michael Teggart to purchase our home. Michael is a true professional. He was extremely responsive, communicative and committed to helping us find a home that met our family's needs. I felt supported during every step of the home buying process!

Being new to Cincinnati, I needed an realtor who knew the various neighborhoods like the back of his hand in addition to being able to navigate through the current crazy market. This is exactly what I found in the team of Michael Teggart and Shawn Baker. They showed every property, warned me about pitfalls Zillow never tells you about, and oversaw a seemless transaction. Absolutely call them when you need someone you can trust.

I was highly skeptical of Realtors after a previous bad experience. However Michael was fantastic every step of the way. He was communicative, honest, and professional.He took our needs into consideration when selling our current home and purchasing a new one. Michael and his recommended mortgage broker worked together to help get me a listing that generated a lot of interest. Thanks to them I somehow beat out several higher offers. Michael always responded quickly to any questions I had and there were no miscommunications throughout the process.

Michael stayed in contact on a regular basis. He worked to make sure things went smoothly despite setbacks with the process (on the other end). I trust him and am very appreciative of his knowledge about the business balanced with his people skills. It was a great experience.

Michael and Shawn went above and beyond at every opportunity. My wife and I felt confident that Michael and Shawn knew exactly what our needs were while looking for a new house. Once we found a home and began the closing process, they continued to be extremely helpful and informative.
