“Josh was a pleasure to work with. We are new to the area and once Josh knew we were ready to see some homes, we were shown homes we were interested in that same afternoon. He was helpful and relaxed during our home search. We felt he had all the time in the world for us, which was nice. Once we were under contract, he took us to 'visit' our pending home 3 times for various reasons. Josh did a great job representing us!”
