Chris is one of the most professional realtors I've worked with. His attention to details and knowledge of the properties far exceeded anything I cited have expected. If I had a question he was there to answer it. He listened ti what we were wanting and did everything he could to find us listing that fit our needs. I will never use another realtor. Chris brought us detailed information on comps to help us determine the market value of our home and continued to update those over several months. He carefully listened to what we wanted in a new home and would keep us advised of all homes that became available over many months. When we finally found the right house, he submitted our offer the same day and it was accepted two days later. He gave us excellent advice re the inspection and all repairs were made quickly.
