Airpark’s rolling three-month snapshot through May 2026 shows some sharp month-to-month adjustments, with typical home values jumping while asking prices edged down. The typical home value climbed nearly 38 percent from the prior period to about $138,000, while the median list price slipped roughly 5 percent to about $124,000, hinting that sellers may be pricing more conservatively even as closed values rise. Inventory held steady at 13 active listings, and months of supply dropped from 10.5 back in March to 4.8, pointing to a tighter balance between buyers and available homes.
