When a family member relocated, she left behind a house with many issues. Based on recommendations from other family members, we brought in Shane Willard early on. He was a friendly and calm presence during the chaos of moving out. Once the house was empty, Shane needed to fix the issues before putting the house on the market, and manage the contractors brought in for the job. He got the issues fixed and the house looked great! He then had to get buyers to visit in the middle of winter. He was able to get us multiple offers, and was extremely responsive during offer negotiations. He advised us candidly on what our options were, but always supported us when we had concerns. Were we to sell another house in the area, I would not hesitate to hire Shane again, and recommend him for both his knowledge of the area and his professional attitude handling all the issues and concerns that cropped up during the selling process.
