Home values in Central Oklahoma City are slightly higher than a year ago, with a typical home value of about $195,000 in February 2026, up 2.63% year over year but down 1.76% from the prior month. List prices are following a similar softening trend month over month, with the median list price also at $195,000 and projected to ease to around $192,500 in March.
