For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $378,000 in North Providence for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $381,710 in May.

Greystone had 16 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 10—up 66.67% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.

The median listing price for homes in Greystone fell 12.55% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $389,950. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
