We had a short window to move out of our rental and buy a house during the height of Covid and the RI Housing crisis. Chris Perrotti worked diligently to find us houses to look at in our price rage. Chris was always quick to respond to texts and emails, and there were MANY. This was our first time buying a house and he helped us understand everything along the way.
After a couple stressful weeks of going open houses that were already in bidding wars, Chris insisted we look at a house he felt would be perfect for us. It had only been on the market 4 days. The house was outdated on the inside and I really wasn't interested; we begrudging went to look at that house. Only a few steps in the door and I knew that it was OUR house.
