I found Pat Murphy to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She always answered my questions and communicated with me in a timely fashion. She was always available to meet with prospective buyers. Pat was a pleasure to work with. She was always polite, friendly and proved herself to be highly competent. Although I initially didn't agree with the selling price Pat set for the house, she proved she knew what she was doing. The house sold in four weeks!
The sales campaign planning was excellent. The video and house description were superb! The stager and photographer were also wonderful to work with.
