Harleston Village had 54 new listings and 26 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 47—up 6.82% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.
The median listing price for homes in Harleston Village fell 10.02% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $1,271,000. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract has been fairly steady year-over-year.
