This was our second time working with Amy and we couldn’t be happier. Throughout our relocation to the area she was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We enjoyed working with her so much that when we decided it was time to move again, she was the first call we made. She made us seem like we were her only client and went above and beyond for us in both selling our old home as well as finding our perfect place. I highly recommend her.

While searching for an agent, my wife and I needed to make sure the agent was relateable and took her job as our agent as serious as we took our dream of being joint homeowners. We went to Amy with one simple request. Make our buying experience as stressless as possible. She was successful at gauging us and helping us come to a decision that building was our best option.

We found out we were pregnant at the beginning of the build and had the baby right before moving in. It seemed like we only needed to worry about the baby, because Amy did everything allowed to ensure us a stress free build.

Amy makes me want to buy another house because of the fact that in this world of no one doing their jobs right, it’s nice to watch someone who does.

I had a great experience working with Amy to sell my house! She gave a thorough overview of the sale process and had a spot-on recommendation for price that I was happy with. I received an acceptable offer IN 1 WEEK! From the beginning, I was very impressed by how knowledgeable Amy is of the housing market. It seemed to me that the sale price that Amy recommended was a bit too high as I was comparing it to the prices of homes nearby. However, Amy helped me to understand that the houses that I was comparing to were in no way comparable to my house, and she took the time to clearly explain why. I am so glad that I placed complete trust in her because, in the end, I received the full asking price for my house! Furthermore, the comparable houses in my neighborhood that were listed around the same time as my house are still on the market to date, several months after I listed my home with Amy. I definitely plan to work with Amy again when I purchase my next home!

Amy is an exceptional professional. I first contacted her one year before my move to the Charleston area and from that first contact she proved invaluable. Her local knowledge was key to my understanding of the various areas and neighborhoods. I highly recommend her. You won't be disappointed.

I had met Amy when our girls were in elementary school together; so there was a common bond to start.
When I was ready to purchase my first home after my divorce she was the first and only person I called. I told her what I wanted and she produced. She got me in touch with a lending agent who walked me through each step. From start to finish the entire process only took about a month. Getting the financing, looking at homes, making an offer, and closing. I stayed in my place for 3 years. When I made the decision to sell, she was the only person I trusted to get the job done. It showed twice and sold in 4 days!

Amy sold our older home in 2010, yes 2010 when the market was terrible but she got it done. She found us a great home in a neighborhood we had never even considered and got us a great price. When it came time for our son to purchase his own home, we called Amy. She was able to point us in the direction of financing and got him the perfect home. I would recommend her to anyone.

Amy was amazing during the home search. She is knowledgeable about the market and the travel distances in the city. This purchase was part of an out-of-state corporate relocation. Exceptional customer service following the offer on the first home not working out. Excellent communication, highly responsive, honest, thoughtful, empathetic, great listener, wonderful sense of humor. She has terrific resources for assisting with after purchase needs.
