Amy was amazing during the home search. She is knowledgeable about the market and the travel distances in the city. This purchase was part of an out-of-state corporate relocation. Exceptional customer service following the offer on the first home not working out. Excellent communication, highly responsive, honest, thoughtful, empathetic, great listener, wonderful sense of humor. She has terrific resources for assisting with after purchase needs. Racheal did an amazing job for us! We'd already moved, so we couldn't be there during the sales process. Racheal did everything for us, and ensured that the house was market-ready. She talked us through all the ins and outs of selling a home in South Carolina. She managed all the back-and-forth between the buyer for repairs and modifications they required.
