We found out we were pregnant at the beginning of the build and had the baby right before moving in. It seemed like we only needed to worry about the baby, because Amy did everything allowed to ensure us a stress free build.

I had a great experience working with Amy to sell my house! She gave a thorough overview of the sale process and had a spot-on recommendation for price that I was happy with. I received an acceptable offer IN 1 WEEK! From the beginning, I was very impressed by how knowledgeable Amy is of the housing market. It seemed to me that the sale price that Amy recommended was a bit too high as I was comparing it to the prices of homes nearby. However, Amy helped me to understand that the houses that I was comparing to were in no way comparable to my house, and she took the time to clearly explain why. I am so glad that I placed complete trust in her because, in the end, I received the full asking price for my house! Furthermore, the comparable houses in my neighborhood that were listed around the same time as my house are still on the market to date, several months after I listed my home with Amy. I definitely plan to work with Amy again when I purchase my next home!
