Lewis County had 23 new listings and 16 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 92—up 9.52% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 92 active listings, 26.09% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Lewis County grew 1.88% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $294,900. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
