Thomas Reaves

Thomas is a life long resident of Columbia and the son of home builders. Having grown up in Real Estate and home building, Thomas brings a lifetime of genuine, relative experiences to Impact Realty. Having spent all his formative years participating in the family business, Thomas made a reputation for himself in new construction and production building as a highly skilled estimator for many well known companies through out Middle Tennessee. After deciding to return to the family business Thomas built numerous new construction single family homes in and around Maury County while building and managing his rental portfolio. Now as a partner in the Lewisburg Impact office and Principal Broker of the Columbia office, Thomas is bringing all his skills and experiences to our agent, customers, and clients.
