New Chicago’s rolling three-month numbers show significant year-over-year shifts. Typical home values are down sharply, with the median sale price falling more than 80 percent compared with a year ago, while list prices are also down markedly over the same period. Even with these declines, the area is still far less expensive than Memphis overall, where the median sale price is closer to $190,000.
