“Superb Veteran Realtor! Buying a house as a Veteran was a daunting task. You never really know how it’s going to work out, or where you want to buy, or if you can get a good deal. Chris makes the whole process easy for you. Being a Veteran himself, he knows the whole process and can help ease any doubt. He made our home buying process so easy, was able to secure exactly what the VA allows from the seller and made home buying a great time. If you are thinking of buying a home in the San Antonio area after military relocation, or as forever home as a Disabled Veteran like me, I’d give Chris Beal a call.”

“Melissa Roel is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with in my lifetime. I am not new to home ownership and have learned a few things along the way. Melissa exceeded my expectations with her real estate knowledge, advice, always keeping me updated with market fluctuations and most importantly saving me thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket expenses during the home purchase process. Melissa's outgoing personality and desire to ensure her client's satisfaction during each step of the buying process made her a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Melissa Roel to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.”

“Working with our realtor was an amazing experience! He made our home-buying process as easy and stress-free as possible. His deep knowledge of the San Antonio area helped us find the perfect home that truly fits our needs and dreams. “I moved to Texas almost three years now and been searching for a forever home for just about the whole time living here. lol. I have had two realtors during the process and I kept one because I was pleased with the attention to detail that she has shown me througout the process. I really enjoyed working with Misti Rios, and appreciate her patience as I have gone through, which seems like 100 homes, lol. She is always there to answer any questions that I may have and even during her off business hours. It felt as if we were friends for a long time and she had my back on situations that I couldn't understand from a realtor point of view. l would Highly recommend that you take the opportunity to work with a knowledgable, kind, caring , and patient realtor, such as Misti Rios. You will be very pleased that you did, I will use her services again if I ever feel the need to buy again. Thank you Misit for all your help and your patience.”

“(I hope that Krista’s broker reads this.) I have been in real estate for over 30 years. To say Krista was wonderful doesn’t express enough how highly I think of her and her real estate expertise. She exceeded all of my expectations, while also being professional and courteous, and generally an example by which all real estate transactions should be conducted. I saw the high remarks she received on Google in my search for a real estate agent, and she still actually SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS. She is a wonderful person who represented your brokerage in the utmost professional manner! I will 100% use Krista for any future real estate transactions in the future. Thank you Krista for such a wonderful job.”
