Christina Cardenas is a full-time San Antonio REALTOR® with NIVA Realty, a family-owned boutique real estate brokerage serving San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding communities. A San Antonio native and licensed Texas real estate professional since 2021, Christina has helped more than 160 clients buy, sell, relocate, and invest in real estate, representing more than $35 million in closed sales volume.

Christina specializes in residential real estate throughout San Antonio and the Greater San Antonio area, representing both home buyers and sellers. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Christina spent more than a decade in service-industry management, with professional experience involving HVAC, plumbing, handyman services, moving services, and solar energy.
