“I contacted them to help me find a realtor to sell my parents' home. Agent Pronto referred me to Larry Chapman of Drake Chapman Realty. What I thought was going to be a difficult drawn out process was exactly the opposite. Teresa and Larry were so kind and helpful! They answered all of our questions and made the process pain free! I highly recommend Drake Chapman Realty and would absolutely use Agent Pronto again.”
“Lynlea was very knowledgeable, accommodating, always accessible and totally recognized what an important process this was for me. She was respectful and addressed my concerns in a professional manner. I plan to ask for her guidance and support again soon to sell my previous home. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.”
“Tammy went the extra mile. An offer had been made on a house we were very interested in and Tammy requested a back-up offer option. That offer was accepted, the previous offer fell through and we now own the property. Had she not taken that extra step, we may not have known about the situation with the first offer.”
“I have known Cindy for some time. I had no hesitation in selecting Cindy for our home search. I knew she would put forth her greatest effort and we were not disappointed and greatly pleased with the hard work and commitment she presented in the search for our new home. Cindy did a great job!”
“Working with Diane was great, she did an awesome job. This sale would not have happened without her hard work and I was completely satisfied with the service.”
“My experience was good. Working with Mrs. Koble was great. She was professional and knowledgeable. ”
“Amber was amazing to work with due to the long distance of our partnership during the sale of my property. Being a first time seller, she explained all aspects of the process so it was easier for me to understand everything. She was patience and understanding during the whole process was greatly appreciated.”
