“Katelyn is professional, personable and trustworthy. She had to deal with a very difficult seller's realtor and navigate through several issues. Katelyn never gave up even when the seller's realtor wasn't communicating. Her hard work paid off and even with all the complications we were able to close escrow on time. We highly recommend Katelyn”

What I thought was going to be a difficult drawn out process was exactly the opposite. Teresa and Larry were so kind and helpful! They answered all of our questions and made the process pain free! I highly recommend Drake Chapman Realty and would absolutely use Agent Pronto again.”

“I couldn't ask for a better agent than Tammy McFarlin. Not being from the Tyler area I really appreciated her knowledge of the area. She also listened to my "must haves" and never showed me a property that didn't tick all the boxes. Even after I was under contract Tammy was only a text away to answer any questions or concerns I had. Altogether Tammy is the best realtor who I have ever dealt with in purchasing a home.”
