For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $297,250 in Bandera County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $293,380 in June.
Lakehills had 11 new listings and 8 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 61—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.
Of those 61 active listings, 37.7% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Lakehills fell 35.3% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $268,500. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.
